Executive Recruitment Blueprint

1. Job Market-Pricing
We market-price your job and create a salary range using the highly rated Compensation Software. This process will let you know whether your compensation strategy leads, lags, or matches the market.
The job pricing report will provide an accurate benchmarked salary for each classification and it is updated monthly by Salary.com. This number will be used as the mid-point of your salary range and will help to prevent the following:
  • Overpaying for the position.
  • High turnover costs due to underpaying.
  • Recruitment difficulties related to advertising the wrong level of compensation.​
The Compensation Job Pricing Report (included in this package) is calculated based on your industry, company size, and location.

 
2. Create/Update your Job Description 
A properly constructed job description will help you by ensuring the following:
  • It will reduce the number of unqualified candidates that waste your time by responding to position postings
  • It will effectively communicate the position responsibilities so viable candidates are more likely to apply and,
  • It will help protect your company from legal challenges when conducting the following  activities:
    1. Recruiting (attracting) talent to your organization
    2. During employee orientation/onboarding
    3. Conducting Employee Performance Appraisals
    4. Taking disciplinary action
    5. Managing employee return to work requests associated with medical leaves of absence.
We'll review, update, or create a legally defensible job description for you. At a minimum, job descriptions should clearly identify the following:
  • The job title
  • An organizational summary
  • The nature of the work
  • Essential position responsibilities
  • Required qualifications and experience
  • An Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement​

3. Your Employee Selection Package
We'll create an employee selection package containing legally defensible structured interview protocols and forms customized to document your recruitment process for each job classification.
The structured interview protocol includes the following:
  • An interview documentation sheet,
  • A scoring sheet, weighted (behavioral, situational, and contrary evidence questions),
  • Global ratings, and
  • An interview rating/banding sheet.​

​4. Recruit & Select 
  • We'll post your job(s) on social media and multiple recruitment platforms to ensure we receive a significant candidate response and a have substantial hiring pool to choose from.
  • After screening the resumes, candidates will be interviewed using legally defensible and behaviorally-based structured interview protocols.
  • In the second round of interviews, we'll present the top candidates, with their interview ratings, to the management team for consideration, We will then facilitate follow-up interviews with the top two or three finalists.
  • To ensure you receive the best candidate based on qualifications, experience, and job fit, all candidates are thoroughly vetted in the following manner:
    • ​​Applicant resumes are screened according to the job description (position requirements).
    • Candidate qualifications, experience, and interpersonal skills, are rated during legally defensible structured interviews.
    • The interviews are weighted, customized to each job classification, fully documented, and conducted virtually.
    • Reference checks are conducted on each candidate. We also check LinkedIn to verify candidate experience (when available).
    • Applicant background checks may be conducted as required.​​

​5. Follow-up
  • After the position has been filled, we will continue to monitor the situation and stay in  contact with the Management Team.
  • If the candidate separates from the organization within 30 days of their start date, we will backfill the position at no cost to you.
