Course Summary:
This seminar is designed for those who want to know how to  confidently  address workplace harassment by taking the appropriate action. ​In this course, you will learn about the following:
  • What steps to take if an incident of sexual harassment is reported to you.
  • How to deter future incidents of sexual harassment.
  • You'll also learn advanced concepts like what proactive steps you can take to mount an affirmative defense and avoid significant monetary judgments against your company in the event that a sexual harassment lawsuit occurs.
